Yes, I'm posting about a dinner I haven't even had yet, but I just can't wait! For any of my Richy friends who have experienced the strawberry chicken salad at Pepperbelly's, you probably understand my elation.
Tonight I'd trying to reproduce a restaurant favorite of mine. It's a salad with chicken and strawberries and almonds and a touch of bacon and tortilla strips topped with poppy seed dressing. I know it sounds a little strange, but I promise it's good. I also know that I just typed a very awkward sentence, but I'm just so excited! I'll let you know how it goes.

Yum!! I haven't tried Pepperbelly's salad, but I have tried similar ones and I love them! Dustyn and I like to reproduce salads from Zupas! YUM!
